- Punching group is a subordinate of A workshop of production and operation center. There are more than 40 employees, 60 sets of various types of equipment at present. It is mainly responsible for the processing of cutting, punching, bending, equalization of the sidebars, attachment bending and so on.

- Heat treatment workshop has vacuum furnace, multi-purpose furnace, mesh belt furnace, tempering furnace, well furnace and other advanced heat treatment equipment to ensure the stability and consistency of key performance of parts.

 

- Continuous controlled atmosphere net belt furnace is mainly responsible for the heat treatment of chain plates, pins, bushings, rollers and other parts, controlled atmosphere box multi-purpose furnace is mainly responsible for the heat treatment of pins, bushings, rollers and other parts, vacuum furnace is mainly responsible for the heat treatment of stainless steel parts.

 

- Heat treatment workshop not only has skilled personnel and rich experience, but also advanced equipment and mature processing technology. In recent years, the continuous introduction of advanced equipment has improved production efficiency and the stability of product quality.

 

 

 

 

 

- The welding workshop is equipped with advanced welding equipment, which greatly increases the efficiency of the manufacturing chain.
